Take a moment to open your heart and forgive someone who has upset you in the past.
Voiceover Think about it. Sit or stand up straight. Take a deep breath and follow along. Arguments and bad feelings happen between people, it's normal. But holding resentments or grudges doesn't do anybody any good. Take a moment right now, to think of a grudge. A yucky feeling that you're holding about somebody else. (soft music) Now, lighten your heart, brighten your thoughts. Try to let go of that grudge. (soft music) Holding on to a grudge only holds you back. Let go of the past. Forgive others, forgive.
