Narrator Think about it. Sit or stand up straight, take a deep breath, and follow along. Getting a good night's sleep helps you be your best. It recharges your inner battery. Take a moment to set an intention to rest well tonight. (guitar music) Now let's practice a resting breath. Be still, close your eyes, or gaze at the screen. Take a natural in-breath, then a long out-breath. Inhale, exhale. Inhale, exhale. One more, inhale, long exhale. You need rest tonight and every night. Rest well. Pleasant dreams.
